If you are an existing user or even a user of the trial system simply either email or call.
Please try to be near the machine and make a note of any relevant messages before you call.
If you are working on a particular design it is often easier if you email the design to us. In SuperView21 or 25 you can use the Help->Support option.
SuperView will produce a form with all the relevant information. Use the program Setup utility to enter the required information and send us the form as instructed. Please return this form direct to M'n'G designs not to any third party.
The complete details are visible in the email/printout and are collected to help us support our users and will not be passed on to other companies - unless the purchase was through a 3rd party who will also be informed.
If after 60 days you have not registered please do so - free support is for new and registered users
If you do not wish to provide some of the data required to complete the registration form (ie you regard it as personal) please contact us by email or phone and were applicable and practical we will register you "manually".
