We do not charge any monthly, annual or similar fees to provide support for our SuperView* software products. Nor do we force you to pay for upgrades you might never want!
When we have a new version we will provide you with information on the new features etc and any cost involved. If you do not wish to upgrade you need not - just keep using your old system and setup.
We believe we should be able to show you the value of the upgrade rather than take the money first and give you whatever!
Support is provided by this web-site, email and telephone (incoming calls to M'n'G designs) on our software products (e.g SuperView).
Support is limited to installing, setting up and using your version of the software.
Other products including operating systems and graphics drivers are not included.
We have been in business over 3 decades and have never charged for telephone support for our standard products. However we can not support out-of-date products! We will support the current product and the main version prior to that and limited support on the version prior to that. If you are using earlier versions of SuperView please call but we can not guarantee support.
Free Support is limited to the original purchaser of the system. Similarly free support is limited to operating systems available from Microsoft at the time of your purchase of SuperView.
We reserve the right to restrict free support to user who have registered their systems with us.
*there are some special versions that are provided under an annual license - in those cases support is part of that annual license. Our main 'off-the-shelf' products do include free support etc.
