Enjoying your current version of SuperView but want access to the new facilities of SuperView25?
Simple - just upgrade your license!
The program works in a similar way so no need to retrain, and existing customer designs can be used (see the tables for details)
Each new version of our program adds extra features compared to the previous one. So existing users can get these great new features by upgrading their existing program/license. (Please check system requirements if you are using older hardware.)
The charge to upgrade from an earlier version of SuperView depends on the version and edition/type (eg Gold, Chromatic, Pocket Edition or Silver) involved
In SuperView the About dialog from the Help drop down menu should tell you the version you are using in the form of four numbers X.X.X.X e.g 5.0.0.6
This number is also printed on the original CD - (although the CD does not always distinguish between editions)
If you are not sure please call us preferably with your machine running and the dongle connected.
The following is for upgrading a single license please call if you have multiple licenses (or dongles)
Also assumes a suitable USB dongle - older parallel port dongles will need to be exchanged (a charge applies)

We do not produce a Silver version of SuperView 25R - please call for your upgrade options
Notes:-
The Silver version of Chromatic (ver 5.2.x.x) was usually just called Silver
The CD label does not always indicate Silver just the general version but the about box when running the program will.
Some earlier versions were called Lite rather than Silver.
We have a simple basic principle for upgrades within a version - you pay the difference between what you own and what you want*
So if you have the latest version of SuperView Silver and you wish to go to Gold you would pay the difference in price
If you had an older version (say SuperView3 Silver) you would pay the upgrade to the latest version and the difference in price.
Please call for a quote.
*special offers excluded
Ready for an extra feature, moving into Bedrooms, accessible rooms - no problem.
The same simple basic principle applies - you pay the difference between what you own and what you want*.
Please call for a precise quote.
We sometimes release sub-versions of our programs. (the x.x in 5.2.x.x)
These usually do not add major new features but can include some features and may address issues for example with new hardware. We consider these updates (rather than upgrades)
We do not send these out as a matter of course so please contact us if you have any queries.
Software support assumes that you are using a reasonably up to date version of the system (ie SuperView21 or later) and a matching Windows OS. (e.g. version prior to SuperView Chromatic are not supported on Windows 7)
In general customer files generated by a version of SuperView (1.1 and later) can be used in the latest SuperView. However once converted they can not be used in the older version.
Range data including link files from SuperView21 and later can be used in the latest version. Data from older versions will need conversion - please contact us for details.
